First and foremost we never want to forget how it all began, our background picture is a reminder of our begining and this business began with a love for herbs. Imbali Blends was born in September 2009, and has grown significantly over the six years. Danielle Simpson, the innovator behind the company, started by selling seasoning salts at local markets. In 2012, the range expanded, to include the delicious COOK@HOME range, the most popular being our Durban Curry. The ethos was to use spices and herbs with biblical flavour not only to flavour but to add great nutritional value to our range. In 2013, we added another range to our brand, our Organic Hand Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil. This was an instant success. Imbali Blends is forever grateful to our rocks Priscilla Kunene, my parents Charmaine and Christian de Maudave Bestel, my friend Carla Antil, my brother Marc and his four beautiful daughters and not forgetting my family Murray, Jeremy and Brigitte, who support and love everything I do.
