2 Cups Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Rice Bran, Wheat Germ, (fibre of your choice)
1/4 cup Seeds of your choice
1/4 cup crushed nuts of your choice
1/4 cup dried fruit of your choice (cranberries, apples, peaches, mango, raisens etc)
30ml or more of virgin coconut oil.

(1/4 cup = 60m = 4 dessert spoonsl)

Method
This is a recipe that has evolved and in our household is never the same. 
Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well,
Add VCO mix well then toast in the oven, stirring until lightly golden.

Tips
1. Serve with bulgarian youghurt or almond milk.
2. I sometimes add the zest of a lemon to the dry ingredients, it gives the muesli a delicious flavour.
3. For something special chop up some fruit, place in a wine glass, pour youghurt on top and spinkle the top with homemade muesli and a dollop of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
