Ingredients

60ml Cook@Home Durban Curry powder

500g meat off the bone

2 onions

30ml oil (preferbly virgin coconut oil)

30ml tomato paste

125ml warm water

2 large halved potatoes

1/2 litre of boiling water

Season with Imbali Blends Herb Salt

Optional: 2 sprigs curry leaves

Optional: 1/3 of a bunch coriander

Method

1. Brown Meat. Remove meat form saucepan.

2. Saute onions in oil for 5 minutes.

3. Add Durban Curry powder, tomato paste and warm water.

4. Cook for 5 minutes.

5. Add browned meat and boiling water.

6. Cook for 45 minutes.

7. Add potatoes and curry leaves and cook until tender.

Check seasoning with Imbali Blends Herb Salt  and garnish with fresh corriander. Serve with Basmati Rice and Cucumber Chutney.
